Obituary of Emily Elana Harmon

Emily Elana (Emi) Harmon, 30, of Glen Burnie, MD, passed away March 1, 2023, in Baltimore Md. She was born October 26, 1992, the daughter of William Vincent Harmon and the late Sherry Jean Harmon.

Emily was 30 years old and loved like no other and if you knew her either personally or momentarily, her presence made a positive imprint on you. She went to Glen Burnie High School and got married in 2016. She had a beautiful singing voice which she had honed over years of practice. She had other interests and hobbies including, spirituality, yoga, being in nature, attending concerts and outdoor festivals, swimming and camping. She was certified in Reiki Healing and hoped one day to have her own healing practice. Emi loved animals and, like a witch, had a black cat named Milo.

Emily is survived by her father, William Vincent Harmon, and his wife Rose, of Hyattsville, MD, Her sisters,  Angela Beth and Miranda Malynn Harmon, her brother William Vincent Harmon, her niece, Abagail Jenkins and her nephew Earl R. Jenkins, III. She was married to Gregory Shane Dunham. She is also survived by her uncles, Robert Edward and Vincent Harmon, Bruce Treadwell and Paul Plews, her aunts, Patricia Ann and Bernadette Harmon, Betty Plews, Dee Treadwell and Flossie Lednum. Also by her soul sisters and longtime friends, Rachel Engle and Krysta Groh and many cousins and friends, to many to name but you all know who you are. Emily was predeceased by her mother, Sherry Jean Harmon, her grandparents, Raymond Ronald and Mary Grace Harmon and “MomMom”, Florence Lednum

The family will receive friends 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM Saturday, March 11, 2023 at Loudon Park Funeral Home, 3620 Wilkens Ave, Baltimore, MD. Funeral Services will be conducted 4 PM Sunday March 12, 2023 at the Funeral Home.
